Games Workshop has announced that they are getting ready to release a new DLC for their popular sci-fi game Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector. The new DLC will be called “The Fall of Cadia” and will feature the fall of Cadia from the Imperium’s perspective.
The warhammer 40k battle sector release date is a strategy game that was released on the iOS and Android platforms. It has been announced that there will be DLC for this game, which will be released in the future.
Following “amazing” fan response, publisher Slitherine has announced that Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector will get additional DLC, game modes, and more as part of its newly disclosed Year One post-launch content plan.
The Year One plan for Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector will divide future DLC into two categories, one focused on units and the other on factions. We don’t know what the new additions will be just yet, but we should find out in the following months.
Black Lab Games is still working on the console version of Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, which is presently being completed, as well as multiplayer tournament support and additional features.
New game types and maps are also on the way, along with the usual balance adjustments, bug patches, and quality-of-life enhancements.
Although none of the items in Battlesector’s Year One roadmap have a release date, Chief Marketing Officer Marco Minoli has stated (around the 25:00 mark) that “a lot of really hidden stuff” is coming up as a result of the game’s “extremely successful” status.
